Containerized custom beammp servers

Beammp servers are way more customizable than I expected. They provide the infrastructure to implement custom modifications in the shape of plugins coded in LUA.

I've been experimenting with a chat plugin that creates an administrator like rol, providing the following features:

• Server say (only admin): allows to speak in the name of the server.
• Kick (only admin): it can kick an user specified by his nickname.
• Feedback: allows to give feedback about the server performance or anything else.
